EGMA Studio Associato was born from the result and the synthesis of more than thirty years of experience in the field of water treatment, in particular in ion exchange processes and membrane technological systems and has professionally established itself on the market at an advanced technological level.
EGMA Studio Associato can offer, on request, a diversified series of Specialized Training for the Ion Exchange Disciplines and UF-NF-RO-EDI Membranes.
The training courses offered are aimed at the Management/Operating Staff as well as the Supervisors of industrial water treatment plants.
The Specialist Trainings are offered on two levels of in-depth study: Basic and Advanced ; according to the Client's requests. Each course is customized on the basis of the customer's characteristics and is available, on request, in Italian and English .
The training days can be carried out Remotely , EGMA-Headquarters, or in Presence of the customer's classrooms.
At the end of each Training EGMA Studio Associato issues Nominal Attendance Certificates including Evaluation.
Ion Exchanger Training BASIC
Basic presentation of ion exchange resins: fundamentals, characteristics, properties and fields of use in relation to the type and chemistry of the water to be treated.
Ion Exchanger Training BASIC & ADVANCED
The package includes the training program of the Basic and Advanced course, with particular emphasis on the Demineralized Water production processes and the Treatment of Thermal & Process Condensate .
Ion Exchanger Training MASTER
The Master presentations deal in depth with the issues in the fields of ion exchange and reverse osmosis disciplines, with the aim of providing an updated picture of the design and engineering criteria, of the functional plant solutions aimed at the construction of new plants or the renovation of plants. existing, in order to safeguard their full efficiency and significantly reduce their operating costs and environmental impact.

This Specialized Training addresses all the problems relating to the management of a water treatment plant, highlighting the possible solutions to management critical issues. Particular emphasis is placed on raising awareness among operators to acquire practical and operational notions in the "What if" context in order to operate in complete autonomy.
Reverse Osmosis & NF UF EDI Membranes Training
Basic presentation of permselective membranes in the processes of
UF-Ultrafiltration, NF-Nanofiltration, RO-Reverse Osmosis e
EDI-Electrodeionization.
The fundamentals, characteristics and properties of the membranes and their fields of use are exposed in relation to the type and chemistry of the water to be treated.
